REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic told SRNA that no Srpska institutions have dealt with Srpska independence issue so far, but it is important that the institutions keep insisting on restoring seized competencies and seeking ways how to do it.

GRADISKA - Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, Stevo Mirjanic, said today that the final version of the rulebook on incentives for this year will be adopted at the beginning of next week.

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Dragan Bogdanic, and Executive Director of the Russian Humanitarian Mission organisation, Alexey Polkovnikov, signed in Banjaluka a Memorandum on Cooperation in implementing humanitarian and charity programmes to support the strengthening of peace, friendship and solidarity among the peoples of Serbia and Russia in the field of health and social welfare.

BANJALUKA - The Banjaluka District Court has ordered one-month custody for Mustafa Hasanbasic from Tesanj, suspected of attempting to kill policemen in Doboj.

BANJALUKA - Benjamin Cosovic /aged 22/ from Tesanj, who was in the Doboj Hospital after attempting to murder policemen in Doboj, will be handed over to the Administration for Countering Organized and Serious Crime of the Republika Srpska Interior Ministry, MoI spokesperson Danica Gnjatovic told SRNA.

SARAJEVO - BiH Presidency Chairman Dragan Covic and US Ambassador to BiH Maureen Cormack concluded today in the Sarajevo meeting that amendments to the BiH Election Law should be in line with the BiH Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights’ decisions.

SARAJEVO - Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, Stasa Kosarac, has warned that the competent BiH Ministry of Security does not take any steps to consolidate the state borders and prevent a certain mass wave of migrants from migration risk countries that could enter BiH in the spring and summer.

SARAJEVO - A member of the Directors Board of the BiH Missing Persons Institute, Nikola Perisic, expects that an operational meeting regarding the search for Serbs who went missing in Sarajevo could be held by the end of March with Acting Chief Prosecutor, Gordana Tadic.

BELGRADE – Leader of the Serbian Radical Party, Vojislav Seselj, says the US pressure on Serbia is intensifying and entering a very serious phase, as can be seen through the arrival of US official Wess Mitchell, who will hand in an ultimatum to Serbia to accept accession of the self-proclaimed Kosovo and Metohija to the UN and to put a pressure on Belgrade to impose sanctions on Russia.
