BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik told SRNA that Republika Srpska is the only political-territorial entity in BiH that absolutely works, thus, as soon as it works, it is in the service of stabilizing circumstances, which are neither so great in the Federation of BiH, nor at the level of joint bodies of BiH.

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has congratulated Angela Merkel for being re-elected chancellor of Germany, and reiterated the commitment to further improving overall relations between Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Germany, in particular concerning issues of mutual interest for the citizens of the two countries.

BANJALUKA - The Real Sector Employment Support Project has been promoted today in the Administrative Centre of the Republika Srpska Government in Banjaluka, which is funded by World Bank’s loan in the total amount of EUR 50 million, of which Republika Srpska will get EUR 21 million, and which provides for the employment of about 16,000 people in BiH.

PALE - Pale Mayor, Bosko Jugovis, has said that the municipality today paid off the last tranche in the amount of BAM 1,150,000 for the procurement of the property of the Famos factory in bankruptcy in order to officially became the owner.

KOSTAJNICA - Mayor of Kostajnica municipality, Drago Bundalo, asked the Srpska prime minister and the Civil Protection Administration for help over the developments in the municipality affected by the floods and landslides.

SOKOLAC – Approximately 100 young footballers from the Youth Football Club "Glasinac 2011" and "Sokolac" will participate with the support Municipality of Sokolac at the International Children's Soccer Camp "Koroman" on Mt Jahorina, organised by former Yugoslav national player Ognjen Koroman.

SARAJEVO - Within the project dedicated to countering violent extremism in BiH, the OSCE BiH presented the first prize to the drama titled "Dead End”, which deals with the issue of religious extremism in the context of disrupted relationships within the family at risk of radicalization.

SARAJEVO - 10,774 BiH citizens got employed in Slovenia and Germany last year via the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH, which is 79 percent more than in 2016, while 23,387 work permits were issued to BiH citizens, said the Agency director, Muamer Bandic.

SARAJEVO – There were 114,364 unemployed persons registered in Republika Srpska at the end of last year, which is 11,542 less than in the end of 2016, said Director of the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH, Muamer Bandic.
