REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BIJELJINA – Republika Srpska Finance Minister Zoran Tegeltija has told SRNA that he was informed that the Republika Srpska Public Defender’s Office asked that bank accounts of the Indirect Tax Authority /ITA/ be blocked in order to pay off KM 15 million debt to Republika Srpska because FBiH representatives in the Indirect Tax Authority /ITA/ did not want to accept a proposal for resolution of this problem offered by the ITA director.

ZVORNIK – The director of the Republika Srpska Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs, Bosiljka Predragovic, said today in Zvornik that suggestions from mayors, who presented serious objections to the work of local units for geodetic and property-legal affairs, that is, their chiefs, will be accepted.

BANJALUKA – Dusan Beric, a Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ member of the Republika Srpska Parliament, called today on the Republika Srpska Minister of Finance, Zoran Tegeltija, to find a way with his partners so that Srpska would get money which, he says, was taken from its drivers as excise taxes.

ISTOCNO SARAJEVO – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic is the recipient of the greatest award of the Istocno Sarajevo University, and the Minister of Science and Technology, Alen Seranic, received the award on her behalf.

SARAJEVO – The president of the BiH Court, Ranko Debevec, has said that the ethnic composition of the BiH Court is not balanced enough in war crimes departments and appealed to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council to take more care of this segment in the future.

BELGRADE – The Serbian Minister for European Integration, Jadranka Joksimovic, today in Belgrade told the European Parliament’s rapporteur for Serbia, David McAlister, that her country is ready to open five new chapters in the accession process to the EU.
