REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has said that the upcoming general elections must be held under fair conditions, adding that he will not allow anyone to cause emergency situation because of which elections would be voided.

BANJALUKA - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic has told SRNA that negative stories and lies inflicted huge damage on Republika Srpska, and that representatives of the SDS and PDP helped in spreading such stories and lies.

BIJELJINA - On the occasion of Patron St.’s Day, St. Panteleimon, a delegation of the Bijeljina Veterans’ Organization and several delegations of friendly and twin cities this evening paid their respects to fallen soldiers of the patriotic-defense war and laid wreaths and flowers at the monument to fallen soldiers in Bijeljina.

BIJELJINA - Bijeljina Mayor Mico Micic this evening held a reception for 20 delegations of friendly and twin cities and representatives of the diplomatic corps who are in Bijeljina on the occasion of Bijeljina’s Patron St.’s Day /Slava/, St. Panteleimon, which is celebrated on August 9.

BROD - The feast of Holy Martyr Paraskeva was celebrated today in Dubokovac near Brod.

BANJALUKA – The Alliance of Independent Social Democrats /SNSD/ submitted today compensation lists to the BiH Election Commission and the first on the list for Republika Srpska Parliament is Radovan Viskovic, SNSD officials told SRNA today.

BANJALUKA – The Alliance for Victory does not need lobbying and spending public money on lobbyists, because it has nurtured its international reputation and contacts for years, says the PDP.

GRADISKA – The BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Mirko Sarovic, has said that 400 tons of apples have already been shipped from Republika Srpska to Russia.

BANJALUKA – The Republika Srpska Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has announced that thanks to Government’s incentives worth a total of KM 178 million for the period 2013-2017, fruit production increased to 102,000 tons, and that the Government through assorted incentives prepared fruit growers to export their products, just like in the case of milk producers.

BELGRADE – Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said in telephone conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that Serbia is insulted by the fact that aircraft and pilots of the Israeli Air Force took part in marking the 23rd anniversary of the operation Storm in Knin, Croatia, but that it is ready to work towards strengthening cooperation with Israel.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA – The director of the Serbian Government’s Kossovo Office, Marko Djuric, has said that Serbs in Kossovo and Metohija, north and south of the River Ibar, must be convinced that Serbia stands firmly by them. /end/sg
