REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

PETROVO – The Republika Srpska Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining, Petar Djokic, today in Sockovac near Petrovo put into operation a new facility for production of carbon dioxide of the Masser Group Company, the manufacturer of industrial gases, worth a total of KM 6,000,000.

BANJALUKA – The Republika Srpska Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining, Petar Djokic, and representatives of the Republika Srpska Confederation of Unions agreed today that a collective agreement should be signed with the Republika Srpska Oil Industry and that annexes to the agreement with the Republika Srpska Electric Power Company are needed.

BANJALUKA – The Governor of St. Petersburg, Georgy Poltavchenko, today presented the management of the Republika Srpska National and University Library with books of various genres which will enrich the library fund.


PRNJAVOR – Prnjavor Municipality is still searching for 33 soldiers of the Republika Srpska Army, most of whom disappeared in the war zone on Mount Ozren, the president of the Prnjavor Organization of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians, Boro Peulic, has told SRNA.

BRCKO – The president of the Republika Srpska Veterans’ Organization, Milomir Savcic, has said that the BiH Court pronounced an insultingly small punishment to Mensur Djakic, whom it sentenced to two years in prison for crimes against Serbs in Bukvik near Brcko, and that even a greater paradox is that the immediate perpetrator, Begzad Kajtazi, was acquitted of charges.

BOSANSKI PETROVAC - The Serbian population, which is a majority population in Bosanski Petrovac, does not feel September 14 as the liberation day, but as the day of remembrance of the exodus they experienced in 1995, which is why an initiative will be launched not to celebrate this date in the future in this federal municipality where 4,500 Serbs live.

BANJALUKA – The candidate of the SNSD-DNS-SP Coalition for the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Milorad Dodik, has said that this, the longest lasting coalition, will design a future government system in Republika Srpska and at the level of BiH which will be in the service of Srpska.

BANJALUKA – The SDS candidate for the BiH Parliament in the constituency No. 1, Branko Blanusa, has said that the future of Republika Srpska lies in starting up the economy and creating new values.

BANJALUKA – The candidate of the First SDS for the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Gojko Klickovic, says that pensioners should be given that which belongs to them and that their problems should be resolved in the best possible way since there are preconditions to do this.

BELGRADE – The Serbian Government today adopted the decision on a minimal price of labor for next year, which is 155.3 dinars /around 1.3 Euros/ per working hour, without taxes and contributions for mandatory social insurance.

BELGRADE – Indian Vice-President Venkay Naidu arrived today in Belgrade for a two-day visit during which he will tomorrow meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. /end/sg
