REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJALUKA – The Republika Srpska Government has adopted a report on the implementation of activities stipulated by the Action Plan for the Implementation of Strategy to Boost Foreign Investments in Republika Srpska for the period 2016-2020.

BANJALUKA – In the first 11 months of the year, the Republika Srpska Tax Authority collected KM 2.230 billion, which is by KM 96.4 million /5%/ more than in the same period of last year.

SARAJEVO – The BiH Central Election Commission will call early elections in Doboj since the term of the present mayor, Obren Petrovic, ceased after he today signed a statement on accepting a term in the BiH House of Representatives.

SARAJEVO – The Together for BiH Coalition has refuted accusations that its members of the Republika Srpska Parliament decisively influenced the election of SNSD members to the BiH House of Peoples, saying that reasons why Mladen Ivanic was not elected to the House of Peoples should be sought in PDP president Branislav Borenovic “whose obvious interest was a final political liquidation of Ivanic.”

ISTOCNO SARAJEVO – A part of membership of the Democratic People’s Alliance /DNS/ from Istocna Ilidza decided to leave the party and to resume their political engagement in a new political party which will be formed on the foundations of the Independent Democratic Caucus in the Republika Srpska Parliament, Darko Ljuboje, a former member of the Istocna Ilidza DNS Municipal Board, has told SRNA.


BOSNIA & HERZEGOVINA

SARAJEVO – Nebojsa Radmanovic /SNSD/, from among the Serbs, Borjana Kristo /HDZ BiH/, from among the Croats, and Denis Zvizdic /SDA/, from among the Bosniaks, were elected at an inaugural session of the BiH House of Representatives as members of the House Collegium.

SARAJEVO – The Deputy Chairman of the BiH House of Representatives, Denis Zvizdic, has said that it is early to speak about final coalitions, not only at the level of BiH but also at the level of the FBiH.

SARAJEVO – The Chairperson of the BiH House of Representatives, Borjana Kristo, has said that all conditions have been met to start formation of the BiH Council of Ministers, but that talks between political parties should follow first.

BELGRADE – Representatives of the Serbian Government today in Pristina attended a regular meeting of the joint CEFTA committee, but representatives of Pristina and Albania walked out of a meeting and thus “sabotaged attempts to peacefully resolve the problem” of 100% taxes on goods from central Serbia and BiH.

BELGRADE – Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg agreed today to be in constant contact and that the Serbian Army will again establish daily contacts with KFOR in Kossovo and Metohija for the sake of information exchange and monitoring the developments.

PRISTINA – In a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of self-declared Kossovo, Ramus Haradinaj, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg expressed his concern over the intention to transform the Kossovo security forces into army, since this, he says, can cause negative consequences for Euro-Atlantic integration of self-declared Kossovo.


PRISTINA – The Court of Appeals of self-declared Kossovo overturned the decision of the Pristina Municipal Court to order Marko Rosic, Nedeljko Spasojevic and Dragisa Markovic held one month in custody for their alleged involvement in the assassination of the leader of the Freedom, Democracy, Justice Civil Initiative, Oliver Ivanovic, lawyer Dejan Vasic has told SRNA.

PODGORICA – Opposition members of the Podgorica Assembly walked out of a session of Assembly in support of MPs Nebojsa Medojevic and Milan Knezevic from the Democratic Front /DF/.
