BANJALUKA – The BiH Justice Minister, Josip Grubesa, has said that Republika Srpska Day is not unconstitutional and that Srpska citizens must have the right to celebrate their holidays, just like others in BiH, without media harangue.

BANJALUKA – The Croatian member of the BiH Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, has said that his new condition to support the appointment of Zoran Tegeltija as the chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers is the adoption of an annual national program for NATO membership.

BELGRADE – Criminal charges were filed with the Serbian Prosecutor’s Office for War Crimes against the Croatian Defense Minister, Damir Krsticevic, and a number of other persons on suspicion that they killed 81 Serbian civilians, eight of whom were children, on September 12-13, 1995 in the village of Bravnice near Jajce.
