MOSTAR, April 15 /SRNA/ - The Serb Caucus in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Assembly was not formed on Monday for the second time because Vesna Saradžić, of the SDP, and Zora Dujmović, of the HDZ, who comprise the Caucus, failed to agree on a Caucus chairperson and a deputy chairperson of the Canton Assembly from among the Serbs.
