BANJALUKA, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska confirmed another 84 cases of coronavirus infection out of 292 laboratory samples tested and four deaths within the last 24 hours, said epidemiologist Jela Aćimović.

BANJALUKA, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Competent inspections of the Republika Srpska Inspectorate performed more than 57,300 inspections of various goods in the first half of this year in foreign trade, during the import, while the fees in the amount of more than BAM 2,6 million based on supervision were paid to the Srpska budget.

ZVORNIK, AUGUST 6 /SRNA/ - Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, Boris Pašalić, said Friday in Zvornik that the line ministry would support the Zvornik company "Smrčak" with BAM 100,000 from the capital investments funds, to invest in a new drying plant for fruits, vegetables and forest plants, as well as for the procurement of equipment by co-financing agricultural machinery.

EAST SARAJEVO, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Memorandum of cooperation in the implementation of the project aimed at the development and strengthening of tourism in the Sarajevo-Romanija region was signed in East Sarajevo by partners in the project "Enjoy Sarajevo-Romania region", representatives of municipalities, NGOs, micro, small and medium enterprises.

GRADIŠKA, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - An agreement on the construction of a water supply system in the settlements of Orahova and Gašnica was signed in Gradiška on Friday, for which the Czech Government would provide BAM 1.53 million.

SARAJEVO, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - BiH has so far not used the EU's offer to jointly order medical aid thus saving taxpayers' money, stated Austrian Ambassador to BiH Ulrike Hartmann.

SARAJEVO, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - 29 out of 93 registered companies in BiH fulfilled the criteria and received non-refundable funds in the total amount of BAM 3.7 million from the EU, to curb coronavirus-caused negative impact on the agro-food sector.

MOSTAR, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - The Herzegovina-Neretva Canton confirmed another eight cases of the coronavirus infection, four from Konjic and two each from Mostar and Čitluk, the Cantonal Crisis Staff announced.

SARAJEVO, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - The Clinical Centre of the Sarajevo University tested 460 laboratory samples during the night resulting in 124 cases of infection and three deaths.

BELGRADE, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić held talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev about the export of weapons and military equipment to that region and expressed Belgrade's determination not to interfere in existing disputes, respecting the inviolability of the state borders of UN member states.

BELGRADE, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Analyst Dragomir Anđelković says Serbia may be able to consider various solutions for Kosovo and Metohija with some compensation to be offered, such as the division of Kosovo or resolving the issue of Republika Srpska.

BELGRADE, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - Serbian and Turkish national airline companies "Air Serbia" and "Turkish Airlines" have reached an agreement on establishing code-share flights between Belgrade and Istanbul, which means that cooperation will be extended to flights from Belgrade to Banjaluka and Tivat, as well as from Belgrade to other cities in Turkey.

PODGORICA, AUGUST 7 /SRNA/ - The General Hospital in Nikšić is treating 43 Covis-19 patients, five of whom are with severe clinical picture, and one is on a ventilator, said the director of this health institution, Ilija Ašanin.
