DODIK: CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST SIPA INSPECTORS

EAST SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 13 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik said that BiH is nothing, just as the Prosecutor's Office of BiH best represented it during a hearing before the Court of BiH, and announced that he would file a criminal complaint against SIPA inspectors who testified today.

Dodik said that the trial before the Court of BiH against him and the acting director of the "Official Gazette," Miloš Lukić, for failing to comply with the decisions of Christian Schmidt, is a politically fabricated process, which was initially promoted as a trial that should affirm the colonial governance in BiH. "I am convinced that it was the right decision to enter the process because we have nothing to lose. Many will lose their credibility," said Dodik at a press conference in East Sarajevo after today's hearing. He announced that he would file a criminal complaint against today's witnesses, Petar Đukić and Nikola Đukić, inspectors from SIPA, for illegally interfering in an investigation that had already been concluded. The President of Republika Srpska emphasized that there is no possibility for the trial against him to result in a conviction. "I think that these people, if they have any shame, have time to stop this, or if they want to postpone it for a few months, so they can reflect calmly and try to gather authority for the Prosecutor's Office," said Dodik, adding that pushing the process in this way is pushing BiH into uncertainty. Dodik emphasized that he has no trust in the Court of BiH, as it functions to protect the Prosecutor's Office. "The Prosecutor's Office and the Court are unconstitutional, inquisitorial institutions created to convict democratically elected officials, in this case, myself, through judges appointed by the colonial administration, and to impose the model they want," said Dodik. The President of Republika Srpska announced that he would later file complaints against the prosecutors and judges. "We will not abandon this process. We will go all the way. This is the best way to achieve the disintegration of BiH to the point where it can no longer exist," Dodik said, adding that a political process should be met with a political response.
