VULIĆ: ATTEMPTED POLITICAL ASSASSINATION OF SRPSKA PRESIDENT
SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 19 /SRNA/ - Chairperson of the SNSD Deputies' Club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Sanja Vulić, stated that scheduling next week's continuation of the trial of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, who underwent surgery on December 9, represents a conscious threat to his health and an attempt of political murder.
She added that the court expert Haris Vranić, who assessed that President Dodik is medically fit to stand trial, is completely irrelevant. "Haris Vranić is the former SDP minister of health /in the Sarajevo Canton/, a man without performing a surgery for years and absolutely not relevant. Vranić is a commissioned expert, a man who did not know how to control the pandemic in the Sarajevo Canton, so much for the election of judge Sena Uzunović, that is, the American ambassador Michael Murphy," Vulić stated. In her statement to SRNA, she expressed the hope that Dodik's defense will seek a new medical expert and announced that as soon as tomorrow some of the deputies will file a criminal complaint against Uzunović for knowingly and intentionally endangering the health of the President of Republika Srpska. "This is an attempted political murder! It's unreal how fast Nedim Ćosić, Sena Uzunović and others are in a hurry to politically remove the president of Republika Srpska before the departure of Murphy, miserable and sad," Vulić concluded. Dodik's defense attorney, Goran Bubić, said that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a summons for the continuation of the main trial in the criminal proceedings against the President of Republika Srpska and the acting director of the "Official Gazette" Miloš Lukić for Wednesday, December 25, referring to the opinion of the court expert Dr. Haris Vranić that Dodik is medically fit to stand trial. Bubić pointed out that the expert report was submitted in complete contradiction to the contents of President Dodik's dismissal letter, which was signed by several university professors and specialists in abdominal surgery who recommended rest for 60 days, and for certain activities up to three months.
