LUKAČ: HIGH REPRESENTATIVES MASSACRED DAYTON, THE ONLY SOLUTION TO CRISIS - DIALOGUE WITHOUT FOREIGNERS

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 14 /SRNA/ - The former Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska Dragan Lukać pointed out that the original Dayton Agreement was massacred by high representatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina and that it no longer resembles the original.

Lukač emphasized that the crisis is currently at its peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina and that the only way to solve it is through political means, that is, by an agreement between the three parties in BiH without foreigners. He stated that a political trial, political persecution and farce are on stage in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that any attempt to arrest the leadership of Srpska would lead to immense and difficult consequences. He mentioned that even after 30 years since the war, the protectorate is in force in BiH, which suits many, and that Christian Schmidt, whom Srpska does not recognize as a high representative because he was not elected to the UN, makes laws even though he cannot be a legislator in BiH. Lukač stated for ATV that the Court of BiH is political and pointed out that the president of Srpska Milorad Dodik was sentenced and a warrant was immediately issued for him, without him being given the opportunity to appeal the verdict with his lawyers. He stressed that Dodik in no way violated the Dayton Peace Accords, but always referred to that agreement that brought peace that should be maintained. "The Dayton Agreement is our constitution, the Constitution of BiH, and the Constitution of Republika Srpska also derived from it. If we violate the Dayton Agreement, if we renounce that agreement, we will renounce our constitution and BiH and Republika Srpska as constituted, because it was precisely it that brought about the verification of Srpska at the international level," Lukač added.
