DODIK: NETANYAHU SAID HE WOULD DO EVERYTHING TO HELP

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 28 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik says that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told him during the meeting in Jerusalem that he is undoubtedly a great friend of Israel and that he would do everything to look after and help his friends.

"He told me - I know what you are doing, president, you are undoubtedly a great friend of Israel, and we will do everything to keep an eye on our friends and help them," said Dodik. The president of Srpska says that he spoke in Israel with a significant number of people from the Jewish community who live in Europe and America, the most of whom understand the situation in Republika Srpska. "I have heard things that best describe what is happening. They say that a part of the West, motivated by the lamentations coming from Sarajevo, has done everything to make Republika Srpska synonymous with evil incarnate," Dodik pointed out. He stated that this is no longer the case. Certain Muslim lobbyists remain in America, but that they do not have the strength they used to have. "They are now trying to deal with Republika Srpska through these abuses of the judiciary. Only the naive can believe that this is about individuals," Dodik told RTRS. He stated that BiH could only survive on the Dayton-based Constitution. "Here in Republika Srpska, there are those who believe that they should now support Muslims and Muslim politics in Sarajevo. I think that is not our national policy, which will be best seen in the elections," said Dodik. If several opposition politicians are ready to slander Srpska despite the fact that the abuse of the judiciary has been going on for years, says Dodik, then it speaks of sold souls and excludes the possibility of them being naive. "They probably calculated that their lives are fleeting, so they should live a better life. As an opposition, they can get that from the Muslims, and that's why they are on that side," said Dodik. He has pointed out that Srpska remains stable and concentrated on its development and strength.
