NATIONAL ASSEMBLY RESPONDS TO UNAPPOINTED FOREIGNER’S USUPATORY BEHAVIOUR

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 17 /SRNA/ - Serb Member and Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović says the laws passed by the Republika Srpska National Assembly are countermeasures to the usurping behaviour of an unappointed foreigner.

"From the perspective of the judiciary, the Constitution, the law, democracy, these were the impermissible activities of an unapponited individual. On the other hand, the Dayton institution had a reaction, defending itself and its right," said Cvijanović. Cvijanović clarified that the National Assembly responded to the severe abuse of the judiciary, but also of BiH and its institutions, laws, the Constitution and finally the Dayton Peace Agreement as international law, which regulated relations in BiH. "That agreement created a political-constitutional system, in which we lived in peace for 30 years. And you are abusing all that," pointed out Cvijanović. According to her, BiH is in disarray and too burdened, primarily by the hatred that comes from Sarajevo. "Then it is burdened with unfulfilled promises. They certainly got a promise that this country will adapt to the way official Sarajevo wants, but there is obviously someone who opposes it," Cvijanović told K3 Television. She has added they blame Republika Srpska and its president Milorad Dodik, but also Serbia and Aleksandar Vučić. "They, defending `their' country, create so much chaos and disorder regionally, which is unjustified. The environment in which we live is very disordered because it has been usurped by those who should not have usurped it, because no one should usurp the constitutional system of a country," emphasized Cvijanović.
