LJUBOJEVIĆ: BACKING MUSLIMS IN BiH WILL BRING NO GOOD TO ANYONE

BANJA LUKA, MAY 12 /SRNA/ – Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Anja Ljubojević stated that Poland is acting similarly to other European countries that engaged in activities threatening the stability of BiH, warning that biased positions and backing Muslims in their efforts to dismantle the Dayton and constitutional framework will bring no good to anyone, especially considering the lies about Serbs and Croats they are spreading globally and in embassies in Sarajevo.
"First, there was the resolution on Srebrenica, pushed by the United Kingdom, and now there are threats of sanctions against legitimately elected representatives of Republika Srpska," Ljubojević said in a statement to SRNA, responding to reports that Poland may be the next country to impose sanctions on President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, followed by National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić and Prime Minister Radovan Višković. Ljubojević stressed that Republika Srpska will certainly respond if Poland proceeds with such actions. "Sanctions are being imposed without any justification. It is unclear whether those being sanctioned are the very ones advocating for the preservation of the Dayton Peace Accords and the constitutional structure of BiH—that is, a country composed of two equal entities and three constituent peoples—while those who disregard Dayton, its annexes, especially the Constitution and laws, brandish weapons, call for war, threaten to seize district territory, and demean Serbs and Croats, are being rewarded. All this is done in pursuit of creating a unitary BiH," Ljubojević asked. She emphasized that Republika Srpska and its legitimately elected political representatives are fighting to uphold the Dayton Agreement, and to foster cooperation between the constituent peoples and entities for the betterment and future of all residents of BiH. "Attempts to create a Muslim-dominated BiH instead of a Dayton-based one are doomed to fail, as are the sanctions aimed at those pursuing a policy of peace, prosperity, and a better life for all three peoples and both entities in BiH," Ljubojević concluded.
