THEY ARE GRAVELY MISTAKEN - SCHMIDT'S IMPOSITIONS WILL NOT PASS

SARAJEVO, JULY 17 /SRNA/ - Milorad Kojić, SNSD representative in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, told SRNA that the unappointed and illegitimate High Representative Christian Schmidt, together with Bosniak politicians, continues to work on dismantling the Dayton Agreement - but that his impositions will not succeed.
"Some representatives of the international community call for dialogue, while Schmidt, through forceful impositions, seeks to destroy any prospect of dialogue, aiming to dismantle the constitutional and legal order of Republika Srpska and create a unitary BiH," Kojić said in response to Schmidt's latest imposed decisions. He reiterated that the leadership of Srpska has clearly stated that Schmidt's impositions, which he has no legal right to make, must be firmly opposed through resistance to force and through consistent implementation of the Dayton Agreement, meaning politics based on consensus and dialogue. "When it comes to the allocation of revenues by the Indirect Taxation Authority, Srpska has always advocated for distribution according to established practice. However, there has been constant resistance from the Bosniak side. It is now evident that this resistance was aimed at enabling, in coordination with Schmidt, the forceful seizure of those funds," Kojić stated. "They are gravely mistaken," he stressed, "if they believe these violent intrusions will weaken Republika Srpska. Srpska has always had an appropriate response and maintains complete financial stability and sovereignty," Kojić emphasized. Earlier this morning, Schmidt imposed a decision in the case of the Slovenian company Vijadukt, authorizing the withdrawal of funds from excise revenues on the unified account - from the portion allocated to Srpska, as well as a decision requiring the Central Bank of BiH to provide funding for new technologies in the electoral process.
