KOŠARAC: SARAJEVO DOES NOT ELECT PRESIDENT OF SRPSKA NOR IT TAKES HIS MANDATE

EAST SARAJEVO, AUGUST 18 /SRNA/ - President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik was elected in a legitimate and democratic way, by the will of the citizens of Srpska, who gave him the mandate, and the attempt to forcefully take away the mandate is a classic aggression against the Republika Srpska and the Serb people, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA.
"What political Sarajevo, the Central Election Commission of BiH, and the unconstitutional Court and Prosecutor's Office are doing in conjunction with the illegitimate /Christian/ Schmidt is a classic aggression against the Republika Srpska, aggression against the Constitution of Srpska, aggression against its president and institutions, against the freedom of will and the rights of the Serb people in BiH," said Košarac. He asked what is the next step of the political Sarajevo and the Serb-hater Schmidt? Whether they will bring Serbs one-by-one before the unconstitutional judiciary, as they were taken to the camps during the war?! "If a clear border is not set today, tomorrow they will come for each of us, come for the property of Republika Srpska, say that the name Republika Srpska cannot exist, say that Srpska cannot exist. If our fight against their intentions is not unified, politically and nationally responsible, we will lose Republika Srpska," Košarac believes. He assessed that the historic task is to defend and protect Srpska from the aggression of Sarajevo and international brokers with political and democratic means. Košarac stated that the policy of President Dodik and the Serb institutions is a continuation of the fight for Srpska, together with the Serb people. According to him, it is up to the opposition to decide whether they are for Srpska or for BiH - whether they will be on the side of defending the interests of Republika Srpska or whether they will be in the team for BiH and those who want the disappearance of Srpska. "I sincerely want to believe that there will be enough wisdom in the opposition structures to recognize this historic moment for the defense of Srpska from those who affirm unconstitutional solutions and unconstitutional institutions in an effort to deal with Srpska and its institutions," said Košarac. The Appellate Division of the Unconstitutional Court of BiH rejected the appeal of the legal team of the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik against the decision of the Central Election Commission of BiH on the termination of the mandate of the President of Srpska.
