ŽIVKOVIĆ-RAJILIĆ: APPELLATE DIVISION DECISION SHOWS THAT THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN BiH

BANJA LUKA, August 18 /SRNA/ - The decision of the Appellate Division of the unconstitutional Court of BiH, by which the appeal of the legal team of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik was rejected, shows that there is no justice in BiH, said Božica Živković-Rajilić, President of the Association of Women Victims of War of Republika Srpska.

Živković-Rajilić believes that as long as trials are not held outside BiH, there is no possibility of achieving any justice. She stated that the decision of the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH comes as no surprise, since it is part of a coordinated process that was prepared in advance. "It will be like this until the very last possibility of appeal. Once a conviction is rendered, the rest only confirm it. The reason is that all those BiH institutions recognize the so-called High Representative, and no one will act against his decisions," Živković-Rajilić concluded. The Appellate Division of the unconstitutional Court of BiH rejected the appeal of the legal team of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik against the decision of the BiH Central Election Commission to terminate his mandate.
