CEC DOES NOT WANT SNAP ELECTIONS CONCLUDED

SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 22 /SRNA/ – The Central Election Commission /CEC/ of BiH does not want the snap presidential elections in Republika Srpska to be concluded and for Siniša Karan to be proclaimed the absolute winner, Chairman of the Serb Caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Milan Petković said today.

"We do not know who ordered this or who wants to carry it out, but it is irresponsible that the CEC, despite all the funds allocated for its work, has not concluded these elections, and we see no reason why this has not been done so far," Petković told reporters in Sarajevo. He stressed that Siniša Karan should already be sitting in the chair of the President of Republika Srpska, as he is the elected, legal and legitimate president of Republika Srpska.
