NEITHER POLITICS NOR JUDICIARY ARE TOYS

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ – Neither politics nor the judiciary are toys, no matter how much some may think otherwise, said Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić.

"Srpska will live on," Minić wrote on X after what he described as the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, operating without Serb judges, ruled that the previous term of the Government of Republika Srpska was "unconstitutional". At a two-day session, the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH assessed that the decisions adopted by the previous Government of Republika Srpska from September 2 last year until January 18 this year "were contrary to provisions of the Constitution of BiH".
