DODIK’S POLICY IS GUARANTEE OF SURVIVAL AND PROTECTION OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA’S COMPETENCIES

SARAJEVO, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ – The policy of Milorad Dodik is not “legal anarchy,” but rather a policy of respecting the Dayton Agreement, two entities and three constituent peoples,  the minimum framework on which BiH exists at all, said the Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Sanja Vulić.

SARAJEVO, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ – The policy of Milorad Dodik is not “legal anarchy,” but rather a policy of respecting the Dayton Agreement, two entities and three constituent peoples, the minimum framework on which BiH exists at all, said the Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Sanja Vulić.



In contrast, Vulić said, a member of the Collegium of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Denis Zvizdić persistently advocates for a civic BiH, a model that ignores constitutional reality and the will of the constituent peoples. “His buddies sit in the Constitutional Court, and like him, they listen to outdated envoys of globalist policies rather than the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution,” Vulić said, responding to Zvizdić’s statement that citizens of Republika Srpska would finally see the kind of ‘legal anarchy’ Dodik’s policies have allegedly led them into. Vulić stated that the Serb people are well aware that Milorad Dodik’s policies are a guarantee of the survival of Republika Srpska and the protection of its competencies. “It is no coincidence that Zvizdić’s favorite personnel come from the SDS, with them he can go for coffee in the downtown, but never into an offensive aimed at dismantling Republika Srpska,” Vulić concluded. The incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, sitting without Serb judges, assessed during a two-day session that the previous composition of the Government of Republika Srpska was “unconstitutional.”
