BUDAPEST, JANUARY 31 /SRNA/ – Following a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in Budapest, SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik says he is proud of their partnership and convinced that in the years ahead they will connect the Serb and Hungarian peoples even more strongly through a policy of peace, development, and mutual respect.

"To speak with Orbán means to be with a leader who understands that peace, stability, and sovereignty are the foundation of every serious state. Our friendship is not merely protocol-based - it is built on mutual respect, sincerity, and a shared vision of Europe of future," Dodik stated. Dodik emphasized that Hungary today demonstrates that it is possible to pursue an independent policy despite pressure, and that the support Orbán enjoys among people across Europe and in Hungary confirms that the public recognizes strength and consistency. "His victory in the parliamentary elections will be important not only for Hungary, but for all of us who believe in a Europe of sovereign peoples," Dodik posted on X.
