THE HERZEGOVINA HOUSE PRESENTS ITS PRODUCTS IN VIENNA
TREBINJE, FEBRUARY 4 /SRNA/ - The Herzegovina House from Trebinje will showcase its products in Vienna on Friday, February 6, as part of the city delegation's participation in the St. Sava Ball, the director of the Agrarian Fund Veselin Dutina told SRNA.
Dutina stated that visitors to the ball will have the opportunity to taste homemade brandy, wines from Trebinje wineries Tvrdoš and Vukoje, which are also the official wines of the St. Sava Ball, as well as other authentic products characteristic of Herzegovina. "For participants of the St. Sava Ball, around 1,500 gift packages have been prepared, containing products sold at The Herzegovina House – olive oil and honey from Trebinje," Dutina said. He explained that The Herzegovina House will have two exhibition spaces during the St. Sava Ball in Vienna. "In one area, products from Herzegovinian producers will be displayed as exhibits, while at another location, in the Hofburg Palace, visitors will be able to taste products at the stand of the partner company that operates The Herzegovina House in Vienna," Dutina said. Dutina believes that the participation of The Herzegovina House in such a prestigious event contributes to the international recognition of Herzegovinian products and to fostering connections with the Diaspora and potential partners in Austria. He emphasized that The Herzegovina House plays an important role in promoting local producers, traditional products, and the overall gastronomic offerings of Herzegovina. A visit to The Herzegovina House in Vienna is also planned, together with representatives of the Austrian-Serbian Economic Forum and officials from Republika Srpska in Vienna, to further promote the offerings and work of The Herzegovina House. The delegation from Trebinje, numbering around 200 members, will participate in the St. Sava Ball at the Hofburg Palace in Vienna on Friday, February 6, as Trebinje is the first local community from Republika Srpska to be an official partner in organizing this ball.
