DODIK: ABSOLUTE VICTORY OF SINIŠA KARAN
BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 8 /SRNA/ – Tonight, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik declared the election victory of this party’s candidate for the President of Republika Srpska, Siniša Karan, stressing that it is larger than in the previous elections.
"In the previous elections, we won 9,577 votes, and today more than 10,360. I thank our activists, citizens, and municipalities," Dodik said at a press conference. He emphasized that SNSD knew Karan would win and that is why it has been dealing with statesmanlike affairs. "I believed that /SDS President and presidential candidate/ Branko Blanuša, as an intellectual, was capable of admitting defeat, but he did not do so," Dodik added.
