MOSCOW INTERIOR MINISTRY CHIEF CONGRATULATES KARAN ON REPUBLIKA SRPSKA PRESIDENCY
MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 12 /SRNA/ – Head of the Main Directorate of the Interior Ministry /MOI/ of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow, Police Colonel-General Oleg Baranov, congratulated Siniša Karan on his election as President of Republika Srpska.
"You have many professional achievements behind you. You have had a long career in the police, worked in the Office of the President of Republika Srpska, led the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and headed the Ministry of Scientific-Technological Development and Higher Education. I am confident that the competencies you have accumulated over years of professional work will enable you to successfully meet the challenges of this responsible position as President," Baranov stressed. In his congratulatory message, Baranov underlined that relations between the Russian Federation and Republika Srpska are at a high level and expressed his confidence that they will only strengthen under Karan’s leadership. "We wish you good health and inexhaustible energy in your important work for the benefit of all citizens of Republika Srpska," said Police Colonel-General Baranov, who delivered the message on behalf of the leadership and personnel of the Main Directorate of the MOI for the city of Moscow.
