DODIK: REPUBLIKA SRPSKA ALWAYS STANDS WITH ISRAEL

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 28 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik emphasized that Republika Srpska will always stand with its friends and allies from Israel, with whom the Serb people in these areas have shared both good and bad times, from the Middle Ages through Jasenovac, Gradina, and to the present day.

"Israel and we share an existential threat posed to us by radical Islam and the policies stemming from it. That is why today I extend my full support to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu," Dodik posted on the social network X. He stated that any action aimed at preserving the security of the State of Israel and the Jewish people is justified and understandable. "Republika Srpska was created through a struggle against people, weapons, ideology, and radicalism that came from Iran," Dodik stressed. He reminded that for decades he has pointed to Iran's influence on the radicalization of circumstances in this region, including attempts to seize Republika Srpska’s property while simultaneously granting Iran broad access through widely open doors in Sarajevo. "Direct support from Iran to Alija Izetbegović and the arrival of terrorists from Iran to BiH to fight against the Serb people, as well as the installation of more than 400 personnel at the Iranian Embassy in Sarajevo to spread radical Islam, led to the creation of a terrorist training camp in Sarajevo, Pogorelica, where Islamic terrorists were trained and later recruited for the September 11 attacks in the United States and across Europe," Dodik stated. Dodik also said that Donald Trump is demonstrating that he is an American president committed to protecting Judeo-Christian civilization, its security, and its way of life. "He deserves full support at a time when he is using American strength to address the root causes of instability and conflict in the world-precisely those that threaten both Israel and us. I regret the suffering of civilians on all sides and expect a rapid de-escalation and continuation of dialogue," Dodik said. Israel, in coordination with the United States, launched a preventive strike on Iran, which responded by targeting Israeli and American objectives.
