TRIŠIĆ BABIĆ: DODIK’S AWARD IS RECOGNITION OF SRPSKA AS WELL

BANJALUKA, APRIL 30 /SRNA/ – The Acting Director of the Republika Srpska Office for International Cooperation Ana Trišić Babić said that the prestigious leadership and democracy advocacy award to be presented today to SNSD leader Milorad Dodik at Judson University in the United States is also an award for all citizens of Republika Srpska.

"This is, of course, primarily an award in the name of President Milorad Dodik, but it is also an award for Republika Srpska, and it shows that many narratives about Srpska are not true. It took time to reach this truth and recognition" Trišić Babić told RTRS. She emphasized that the award is recognition that Serbs are a free and democratic people living in their own territory. "I believe that in today's circumstances we could not have received a greater recognition", Trišić Babić said. SNSD leader Milorad Dodik is set to receive a prestigious award for leadership and advocacy of democracy today at Judson University in the United States during the 2026 World Leaders Forum "Advancing Democracy".
