KOJIĆ: UNCONSTITUTIONAL DECISIONS BY SCHMIDT AND INZKO SHOULD NOT BE PART OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM

SARAJEVO, MAY 17 /SRNA/ - Representative in the House of Representatives Milorad Kojić told Srna that everything unconstitutional imposed by Christian Schmidt and Valentin Inzko should cease to be part of the legal system.

SARAJEVO, MAY 17 /SRNA/ - Representative in the House of Representatives Milorad Kojić told Srna that everything unconstitutional imposed by Christian Schmidt and Valentin Inzko should cease to be part of the legal system.

Kojić emphasized that the departure of Schmidt, and earlier Inzko, shows that violations of the Constitution and lawlessness must not exist in democratic societies. He stressed that their unconstitutional actions in themselves created a distorted principle of inequality of citizens before the law. He pointed out that the decisions they made were not adopted by those elected by the people to be part of the legislative authority, the only ones authorized by the Constitution to enact laws. "That very fact implies that all unconstitutional actions by the two of them should cease to be part of the legal system in BiH, because as such they are unconstitutional and undermine the fundamental principles of the rule of law and equality of citizens before the law," Kojić concluded.
