VULIĆ: LEGAL BATTLE AGAINST SCHMIDT YET TO COME

SARAJEVO, MAY 19 /SRNA/ – The head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić says that Christian Schmidt is "“an executioner and a Serb-hater" who has dismantled the Dayton Peace Agreement, adding that the legal battle against him is yet to come.

Vulić says that Schmidt is an occupier responsible for all disagreements and divisions among the peoples and that he caused an unprecedented crisis in post-Dayton BiH. She said that Schmidt would be held accountable for everything he has done to the Serb people and to the legitimately elected president of Republika Srpska. Vulić stated that Republika Srpska would accept a future high representative who is selected through a relevant resolution of the UN Security Council. She also announced that, in addition to Schmidt, charges would be filed against Deputy Minister of Finance and Treasury Muhamed Hasanović, who, according to her, paid a multimillion amount in the Viaduct case into a non-existent account on Schmidt’s orders. "They took part of the toll revenue funds, and they intend to take them away from Republika Srpska the moment Republika Srpska and the FBiH reach an agreement on the distribution of those funds," Vulić said.
