DODIK: GLOBAL POWER SHIFT, DECLINING EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

PETERSBURG, JUNE 5 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik said following the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, where Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed participants, that the world is undergoing a major realignment and that multipolarity is based on the fact that Russia, China and the United States will play a different role than they did in the previously dominant unipolar world.
