PHOTOS OF KILLED SERB CHILDREN IN PODRINJE PLACED ON BILLBOARDS
ISTOČNO NOVO SARAJEVO, JUNE 27 /SRNA/ – Photographs of Serb children killed in Podrinje have been placed on billboards In Istočno Sarajevo with the message “One is not invited in Bratunac, one goes to Bratunac,” on the occasion of marking 34 years since the suffering of Serbs in Central Podrinje and Birač.
The message is directed at citizens of Republika Srpska and travelers passing through Istočno Sarajevo, inviting them to attend the memorial for 3,267 fallen Serb soldiers and civilians from Central Podrinje and Birač who died during the Defensive-Patriotic War. The central memorial event will be held on Saturday, July 4, in Bratunac.
