CVIJANOVIĆ INFORMED SA'AR ABOUT HARMFULNESS OF FOREIGN INTERVENTIONISM IN BiH

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 16 /SRNA/ - The Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, informed Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar today about the harmful effects of foreign interventionism, which has undermined the principle of equality of the constituent peoples in BiH.

In a telephone conversation with Sa’ar, Cvijanović expressed support for the institutions and people of Israel for their efforts that led to the peace agreement and the end of the conflict in Gaza. They agreed that U.S. President Donald Trump played a key role in reaching the agreement, which would not have been possible without his personal involvement, the Office of the Serb member of the BiH Presidency stated. Cvijanović expressed full commitment to further strengthening cooperation and friendly relations between Republika Srpska and Israel, as well as to reinforcing the traditional historical ties between the Serb and Jewish peoples. Minister Sa’ar informed the Serb member of the Presidency about the progress and challenges of implementing the initial phase of the peace agreement.
