ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 16 /SRNA/ – The Cabinet of the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, has already undertaken certain activities following the decision of the Croatian Parliament to build a nuclear waste disposal site at the Trgovska Gora location, Cabinet Chief Dušan Petrović has stated for SRNA.

Asked what the BiH Presidency intends to do after this decision by the Parliament, Petrović told SRNA that the Cabinet of the Serb member of the Presidency will request from the Presidency Chairman Željko Komšić to place this issue on the agenda and have it discussed at the first upcoming session of the Presidency. "The Cabinet of the Serb member of the Presidency has no dilemma regarding this issue, and if there is no other way, we are prepared to file a lawsuit against Croatia. We hope we will have the consent of the other two members of the Presidency for this," Petrović stressed. "This is not the first time we have dealt with this issue. We have worked on it before and prepared this agenda item, and following yesterday’s decision of the Croatian Parliament, we are seeking for it to be discussed at the next Presidency session. The Serb member of the Presidency expects this institution to take a clear position, including one on initiating legal action," Petrović pointed out. Accordingly, Petrović explained, acting on the instructions of the Serb member of the Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, the Cabinet has prepared a formal request to Chairman Komšić to include this item on the agenda of the next session of the BiH Presidency.
