OPEN ASSAULT BY BiH COURT ON THE SERB PEOPLE, HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF
SARAJEVO, JANUARY 7 /SRNA/ - The confirmation of the indictment against the RSA General Radislav Krstić by the Court of BiH on Orthodox Christmas represents an open attack on the Serb people and a hybrid form of persecution under the guise of democracy and justice, Sanja Vulić, Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, told SRNA.
Vulić condemned the Court of BiH's decision to confirm the indictment against General Krstić on Orthodox Christmas. “Such a move represents a political act and an open attack on the Serb people. History is repeating itself. On January 7, 1942, a massacre of Serbs was carried out, and today, in the 21st century, we are witnessing a hybrid form of persecution under the guise of democracy and justice,” Vulić emphasized. According to her, indictments against Serbs are issued on the greatest Christian holiday, Serbs are tried without law based on constructs and the remnants of globalist structures, as well as parts of an executioner-like judiciary, while the equality of peoples in BiH is used as an empty phrase. She stressed that BiH has no future as long as its judiciary serves as a tool of selective justice, targeting, and political persecution of the Serb people. Today, on Orthodox Christmas, the Court of BiH confirmed an indictment against General Radislav Krstić /77/ of the Republika Srpska Army /RSA/, charging him, as commander of the Second Romanija Motorized Brigade, with an attack on the Bosniak-inhabited village of Novoseoci near Sokolac. General Krstić is serving a 35-year prison sentence in Estonia after being sentenced by the Hague Tribunal.
