MINIĆ: SOLVING PROBLEMS SYSTEMATICALLY

BANJA LUKA, MAY 4 /SRNA/ –Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić says that he is proud of the Srpska Government and the team he heads, given that problems are being addressed in a systematic way, including those affecting veteran categories, the most deserving for the defence of Srpska.

Minić says 13 laws will be on the agenda at the next session of the Republika Srpska National Assembly, including the law on veterans' rights, which stipulates a base amount for the veterans allowance of five BAM. "This is not a matter of goodwill, but a determination to systematically resolve important issues," Minić emphasized at a press conference marking the Government's first 100 days. He stated that veterans without other income will receive the allowance in double amount, and that former prison camp detainees will receive certain benefits, which are significant things for Republika Srpska, not only for those who participated in the war. "This is a sign of respect for those who are most responsible for the defence of Republika Srpska," Minić stressed. He assessed that there is a good level of social dialogue in Republika Srpska and that care is being taken of veterans, workers, pensioners, and the youngest. "We are addressing problems directly, we do not wait for them to reach us," Minić concluded.
