IZETBEGOVIĆ'S CALL FOR THE USE OF FORCE AGAINST DODIK IS A DESPERATE MOVE

SARAJEVO, JUNE 24 /SRNA/ - The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Sanja Vulić stated that the threats by SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović and his call for the use of force against President Milorad Dodik represent a desperate move, as he cannot defeat him in the political arena.

"Dodik is an obstacle because he is a defender of Christian values and sovereignty against the rise of Islamic dominance and radicalisation," Vulić told SRNA. She stated that Izetbegović has long since lost his strength and has opened too many fronts, adding that it should not be forgotten that we all live in a new multipolar world. "BiH can be a Dayton-based state, not Bakir's Islamic republic. Milorad Dodik is our strength, power, and energy, everything Bakir is not," Vulić said. She added that the people's love for Republika Srpska and its institutions is stronger than any hatred or attempts to politically disqualify Dodik. In an appearance on Federal Television last night, Izetbegović said that Dodik "must be dealt with by some kind of force".
