BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 17 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić attended a training session of football club Borac at the City Stadium in Banjaluka today and said that the Government had provided funds for a charter flight for Banjaluka fans travelling to support the team in its away match against Icelandic club Vikingur.

"The Republika Srpska Government has just secured funds for a charter flight so that you can travel there as easily as possible and win as easily as possible. I know it won't be easy," Minić said. He asked the players to win. "I have two requests. The first is for my family, my son, and all those who follow Borac: win, give your best, make many children happier, and make all of us in Republika Srpska prouder," Minić said. Borac Vice-President Bogoljub Zeljković thanked the Republika Srpska Prime Minister and presented him with a jersey as a token of appreciation. Borac will face Icelandic Vikingur Reykjavik in the Conference League play-off round on Thursday, August 20, at 8:00 p.m. The first leg will be played in Iceland. The return leg will take place in Banjaluka seven days later, at 8:30 p.m. Vikingur has won the Icelandic championship eight times and is coached by Solvi Ottesen.
