55,000 CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST SRPSKA RESIDENTS OVER POSTS FOLLOWING GENERAL MLADIĆ’S DEATH
BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 31 /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik has said today that 55,000 criminal complaints has been filed against Republika Srpska residents over posts published following the death of General Ratko Mladić.
Dodik said that this had been done through applications and other activities, adding that it demonstrated how divided and unworkable BiH is and how the Court and Prosecutor’s Office should be instruments exclusively of Bosniak policy. "The Prosecutor’s Office should file criminal complaints based on a law that someone imposed without it having passed through Parliament. An absurd system of functioning that we must keep an eye on," Dodik told the press in Banjaluka. He asked whether people who attend General Mladić’s funeral could now be expected to be filmed, is such a BiH really what is wanted. "This is unbearable," Dodik said, adding that Muslims protect their generals who are directly responsible for crimes against Serbs, while giving the Serb people nothing. He stressed that such judicial institutions were not envisaged by the Constitution, and expressed his belief that the time would come when, after the elections, the issue would again be put on the agenda and discussed. "Muslims are doing nothing to preserve BiH as a community of three constituent peoples; they continue to push the concept of a civic state, which was never realistic," Dodik said.
