DOBRILA KUKOLJ'S BOOK "SADNESS THAT LAST WHOLE LIFE" PUBLISHED

KOZARSKA DUBICA, MAY 25 /SRNA/ - The public institution "Donja Gradina Memorial Area" has published the book "Sadness that lasts whole life" by Dobrila Kukolj, which is a credible testimony of the Serb suffering in the Independent State of Croatia.

"Dobrila Kukolj describes the suffering of her family during the Second World War at the hands of the Ustasha and the Independent State of Croatia. She describes her suffering and that of her family in a credible way, in a language acceptable to readers of all ages," SRNA is confirmed from the Donja Gradina Memorial Area. In that public institution, they state that the members of the editorial board recognized the need to print this book, which credibly testifies to the Serb suffering in the Independent State of Croatia, and that the work will soon be promoted in Republika Srpska and beyond. Dobrila Kukolj is the president of the City Association of Jasenovac camp inmates and their descendants from Banjaluka. The editors of the book are employees of the Public Institution "Donja Gradina Memorial Area", museum advisor Tanja Tuleković, senior curators Dejan Motl and Mirko Dimić.
