DODIK: SECOND KRAJINA BRIGADE OF THE ARS DEFENDED SERB FREEDOM

BANJALUKA, SEPTEMBER 16 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that the Second Krajina Brigade of the Army of Republika Srpska, wherever it was, celebrated Krajina, Krajina character, strength and determination to defend what is most important for Serbs, and that is freedom.

He said that after 30 years it can be seen that it is delusion and that there is no place for Republika Srpska in BiH, which is being built by the Americans, Germans and British. Dodik pointed out that the period from the Dayton Peace Accords until today was a period of demonization and punishment of Serbs, which has not stopped even today. "They picked up our entire military and political leadership and put them in the dungeons of the world. Karadžić, Mladić, and all the other commanders of brigades and corps who commanded the army honorably, adhering to all international rules. That was reserved only for us, to be punished and to be condemned", emphasized Dodik. He reminded that throughout history Serbian people stood before great powers and died in large numbers in those struggles for freedom. Dodik said that the rights of Republika Srpska are being desecrated since the Dayton Peace Accords and that the Muslims were promised that Republika Srpska would be dismantled, with claims that Republika Srpska is violating the Dayton Agreement and that it wants to do something. "And we don't do anything. None of us have pretensions to the Federation /BiH/, none of us have pretensions to manage their problems," said Dodik. Dodik emphasized that all those who lead Republika Srpska today stand on the defense lines of all the competences of Republika Srpska. "They will not be able to steal anything from us if we are determined to defend it, we know what we are defending, but they do not yet know what they are attacking. They are attacking our character, which does not allow it," said Dodik. He emphasized that the attack on the property of Republika Srpska was the final act of the attempt to disempower Srpska, and that is why Christian Schmidt was brought in at all costs. "We will say - no, property is a finished issue, it was finished in the Dayton Peace Accords. The Dayton Peace Accords said that BiH is composed of two entities and three peoples and that everything that was expressly given to BiH belongs to BiH, and what is not explicitly stated that BiH belongs to the entities," Dodik pointed out, adding that nowhere does it say that the property is owned by BiH, but by the entities. He stressed that he is fighting for Republika Srpska and its status because there is no state without property. "If they take it from us - there is no Republika Srpska. Then before that we will make a decision about its independence. It is destined to be independent. This Republic is destined to be independent and we must all gather there," said Dodik. Speaking about the indictment brought against him by the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dodik pointed out that he signed the decrees promulgating the laws on behalf of the President of the Republic. "If I hadn't done that, I would have underestimated the entire Republika Srpska and humiliated the assembly /National Assembly of Republika Srpska/," said Dodik.
