VULIĆ: HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE IMPARTIALITY AND OBJECTIVITY OF JUDGE UZUNOVIĆ?

DOBOJ, MARCH 7 /SRNA/ - Sanja Vulić, head of the SNSD Deputies' Club in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, today sent a parliamentary question to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council /HJPC/ and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, asking them to answer how they guarantee the impartiality and objectivity of Judge Sena Uzunović who proved absolute belonging to her nation through the work.

Emphasizing that Judge Uzunović's concern for her people is highly commendable, Vulić stated in the explanation of the MP's question that the HJPC's confirmation that they knew about her past, then about the acquittal of Esad Landžo, who is not innocent even before the Hague Tribunal, are just some of the facts why there is doubt about her fairness and objectivity.
