GENOCIDE DID NOT HAPPEN IN SREBRENICA

BANJALUKA, APRIL 18 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that Republika Srpska had always treated the events in Srebrenica as a place where a crime was committed, but that it was not true that a genocide was committed because the definition of genocide was not met even in parts in Srebrenica.

"Republika Srpska did not dispute the possibility that the persons who were wanted appear before domestic and international courts," said Dodik at the session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. He added that Bosniaks are trying to abuse the judgments of the Hague Tribunal. "Speculative intentions in this regard refer to the fact that the judgments from the Hague talk about the responsibility of individuals," Dodik pointed out. He stressed that relevant world experts also confirm that genocide did not take place in Srebrenica.
