SARAJEVO, 27 April /SRNA/ - That the membership of "Mothers of Srebrenica" has become a lucrative "occupation", and that some of them have used their own and the sacrifice of their own fellow citizens, confirms the story of Munira Subašić, the President of this Association, who several years ago for Federal Television /FTV/ confirmed that she has two multi-storey houses in Sarajevo, 60 dunums of land, monthly income in the amount of BAM 4,000 and Jeep, donated by the UN Association.

"I have two houses, and one floor of the old house I am renting to a minister in the BiH Government from Mostar, because what should I do with such a big house. I own 50-60 dunums of land. I have a monthly income close to BAM 4,000. I can be spending two thousand and live like Lord, and two to invest in something, "Subašić wastelling FTV at the time. She confirmed that her son had no personal car, but therefore driving a jeep that the UN donated to the association. "I can't have a jeep parked here /in the Association/, I keep it in the garage at my home. My son doesn't have his car, so he sometimes drives the jeep," Subašić says. According to her, Hajra Ćatić from the Association "Women of Srebrenica" in Tuzla has an apartment of 110 square meters in Vogošća and two dunums of land in Osijek near Sarajevo. Nura Begović, who is also a member of this association, was not in Srebrenica during the war, but joined Ćatić and "Women of Srebrenica". According to the testimonies of some Srebrenica citizens, her husband Ahmet was not a member of the so-called BiH Army, but sold at the market. The FTV reporter stated that the daughter of Ahmet and Nura Begović, in addition to living parents, was found on the list of children without both parents to receive assistance from the Egypt Embassy in Sarajevo.
