BLAGOJEVIĆ MISLEADS PUBLIC AND CRIES FOR EXPOSURE AFTER HIS UNFULFILLED AMBITION TO BECOME JUDGE OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BIH

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 28 /SRNA/ - Minister of Justice of Republika Srpska Miloš Bukejlović told SRNA that the main problem of Professor Milan Blagojević is that he views the story of the Constitutional Court of BiH mainly through the prism of his own ambition to be elected as a judge of that court and the fact that it didn't happen.

Bukejlović emphasized that Blagojević's problem is the fact that he lives in the movie where he thinks he is the one who can teach lessons to the leadership of both Serbia and Republika Srpska. "Normally, this is resolved by running for office in the elections, and then, if he gets the opportunity to create a policy in accordance with the election results, he does so," said Bukejlović. Regarding the story that the Serb member of the Presidency should have convened an extraordinary session of the BiH Presidency on the subject of the resolution on Srebrenica, Bukejlović told SRNA, Blagojević should be asked what, for example, would be the conclusion that the Serb member of the Presidency would have proposed on that occasion. "It is logical, for example, that it should be a conclusion ordering Ambassador Zlatko Lagumdžija to suspend his activities because he acted unconstitutionally. There could of course be a variation on that topic. And then, for example, let's ask Milan Blagojević how the other two members of the Presidency would vote Of course, they would vote against it. If they vote against, is there a decision, that is, a decision that the Serb member of the Presidency would veto. If there is no veto, there is no session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. Then let's ask Blagojević what that would mean to Zlatko Lagumdžija!? It would mean that there is no decision stopping Lagumdžija from his criminal activities," Bukejlović pointed out. Therefore, the Minister of Justice of Srpska pointed out, regardless of Blagojević's efforts to impose himself as an all-knowing authority, his proposals are bad. "It is obvious that the Serb member of the Presidency has no intention of giving Ambassador Lagumdžija, who behaved unconstitutionally, any opportunity to procedurally get away from the crime he is committing," Bukejlović said. He added that it is absolutely clear that Blagojević is crying out for public exposure and that he welcomes any polemic, but this is worth explaining solely because of the public that he persistently tries to mislead.
