PETROVIĆ: IT IS BEST FOR BLAGOJEVIĆ TO RUN FOR ELECTIONS AND SHOW HIS POLITICAL GENIUS IN ACTION

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 28 /SRNA/ - An outpouring of unfounded criticism by Milan Blagojević is clearly the result of his unfulfilled personal ambitions, the head of the Cabinet of the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Dušan Petrović, told SRNA.

Petrović assessed that it would be best for Blagojević to run for the President of the Republic or the Serb member of the Presidency, or even for the President of Serbia, because he often gives lectures there, so that he can show his political genius in action. "I guess it is clear to Blagojević that in case the Presidency did not appoint Bosniak ambassadors, including /Zlatko/ Lagumdžija, ambassadors from Republika Srpska would not be appointed either. It is weird, to say at least, that Blagojević, as a lawyer, justifies Lagumdžija's illegal actions by the fact that he was appointed by the Presidency of BiH. Blagojević has been talking about Lagumdžija for days, as if his appointment gave him the right to behave the way he did," Petrović emphasized. In a statement for SRNA, he said that the fact that the ambassadors were appointed does not give them the right to act outside the Constitution and the law, which Lagumdžija did and for which the Serb member filed a criminal complaint against him. "Serb member of the Presidency wrote on several occasions and made it clear to the UN bodies and member states that the resolution on Srebrenica was proposed outside the procedures, with a gross violation of the Constitution and the law. The current panic in the missions of the countries sponsoring the resolution, as well as the mere postponement of the vote, prove that, with the superhuman commitment of the President of Serbia, it gave serious results," Petrović pointed out. The fact that Blagojević is causing confusion and waging his personal wars at a time when Serbia and Srpska are fighting for vital national interests in an unequal battle, said Petrović, speaks the most about him and his mismatch of ambitions and possibilities.
