VIDOVIĆ: POSTPONEMENT OF DEBT COLLECTION FROM ITA BY SRPSKA HAS POLITICAL BACKGROUND
BANJA LUKA, JUNE 20 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Minister of Finance, Zora Vidović, believes that the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by which Republika Srpska was postponed for another year for the debt collection of BAM 30 million from the Administration for Indirect Taxation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has a political background, because there is no reason for the decision not to be implemented.
"It is very simple to execute this judgment of the Court of BiH, but all this is political pressure on Republika Srpska. The Federation of BiH received BAM 30 million more funds at the expense of Republika Srpska," Vidović told reporters in Banja Luka. She clarified that this is not only about the debt to the budget of Republika Srpska, but also to the budget of all local communities in Srpska because that income is shared between the budget and the municipalities. Vidović said that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has again postponed its verdict until June 11 next year, and reminded that this is the fifth time that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has postponed the execution of its executive verdict and that there is no such thing anywhere in the world. "All citizens wonder how peaceful and secure they can be in their property, in everything they own and in their rights if the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina works in this way," said Vidović. She said that she assumed that next year would be the same case with this debt to Republika Srpska. The Administration for Indirect Taxation of Bosnia and Herzegovina previously said that they received a decision from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina extending the execution of the judgment by which the ITA should pay Republika Srpska BAM 30 million in debt for another year or until June 11, 2025.
