SERB HISTORY WILL NOT BE WRITTEN BY SELF-DECLARED COLONIAL GOVERNORS

BELGRADE, OCTOBER 15 /SRNA/ - Serbs have the right to the truth and history that will not be written by the Western Serbo-phobic media or the self-declared colonial governors of BiH, historian Miloš Ković told SRNA.

BELGRADE, OCTOBER 15 /SRNA/ - Serbs have the right to the truth and history that will not be written by the Western Serbo-phobic media or the self-declared colonial governors of BiH, historian Miloš Ković told SRNA.

Referring to the interference of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH in the history class in Republika Srpska, prejudicing the presented historical facts about events and personalities of Republika Srpska and the Dfefensive-Patriotic War, Ković points out that the tribunal's ambitions to write the history of the Serb people are not new. He notes that the Serbs faced such attempts as early as 1909 in the so-called Zagreb Treason Trial, then the Banja Luka Trial in 1915/1916 until the Hague Tribunal. "Let's not forget that the main ambition of the Hague Tribunal was to write the history of the Serb people, in order to stamp the mark of guilt on the Serbs, which is on the NATO member states for breaking up the Yugoslav state," emphasized Ković, who is also a professor at the Faculty of Philosophy at the Belgrade University. It is about, Kojić points out, that the victims be declared criminals, while the main victims of the wars and the break-up of Yugoslavia were the Serbs precisely. "Just as the first president of Republika Srpska /Radovan Karadžić/, who is now in the British casemates, was tried, the current president of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik is being tried at present," says Ković. He points out that the intention to define what will be written in the history textbooks for Serb students "really goes beyond the competence of any colonial administration". "We have the right to the truth and we have the right to history. Our history will not be written by the Western Serbo-phobic media or the self-declared governors of BiH," said Ković. On October 11, the incompletei Constitutional Court of BiH temporarily suspended the application of part of the Ciriculum Rulebook for primary education and education of Republika Srpska and the supplement for the History subject for the ninth grade of primary school, which refers to the topic of Republika Srpska and the Defensive-Patriotic War.
