LJUBOJEVIĆ: WAR PAST OF SENA UZUNOVIĆ IS A SUFFICIENT REASON NEVER TO SHOW UP IN COURT AS A JUDGE

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 15 /SRNA/ - Vice President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Anja Ljubojević stated for SRNA that the past and the war biography of Sena Uzunović is reason enough to never put such a person in the courtroom as a judge, as well as another proof that the SDA cadre sovereignly rules the judiciary.

Ljubojević pointed out that the statement of the unconstitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which tries to justify Uzunović and give legitimacy to such a person, was completely missed, because it is clear to everyone that she is not and cannot be objective. "Only one such person, completely terrified and full of hatred towards Serbs, could accept to lead a fictitious trial against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, set up by her bosses," Ljubojević pointed out. She added that on the official website of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Uzunović's biography there is no key information about her participation in the war. "We cannot read there very important information, which is known to the public of BiH, that this is a person who during the war performed the duties of assistant commander in the Fifth Mountain Brigade of the so-called Army of BiH", Ljubojević pointed out. She emphasized that the fact that she had a significant role in the war completely discredits Uzunović, as well as the Court itself, which is an unconstitutional body and which consists of SDA cadres who supported the villains, which Uzunović shows best. "The public must be made aware of who this person is and who should pass judgment on the democratically elected president of Republika Srpska on the instructions of a fake Christian Schmidt and the American ambassador," said Ljubojević. Everyone knows, added Ljubojević, that Uzunović was an investigating judge during the war and did nothing to convict those who committed murders against Serbs in a brutal manner. "Sena Uzunović did nothing to punish the monsters who killed the brothers Petar and Pavle Golubović from Konjic, and therefore no false announcements by the Court can change that truth. There are many facts that confirm that she is not and cannot be objective, and she has openly shown that in the course of the trial so far," Ljubojević stressed. She pointed out that Sena Uzunović should never again be a judge in any court process. "She was assigned the role of a judge in a fictitious procedure only to provoke and humiliate all Serbs even more. And her mere presence in the Court is a provocation for Serbs, not to mention that she is judging someone. Such a person, if there is right and just, should not even set foot in the courtroom as a judge," Ljubojević concluded.
