VULIĆ: IT IS MONSTROUS TO SUBJECT SRPSKA PRESIDENT’S MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION TO FORENSIC EVALUATION

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 21 /SRNA/ - The Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, told SRNA that it is monstrous to interpret the medical documentation of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik in the Court of BiH, as he underwent surgery just a few days ago, adding that nothing else could have been expected from Judge Sena Uzunović, who has previously acquitted individuals responsible for crimes against Serbs.

"In the judicial practice of BiH, we have witnessed numerous cases involving war crimes trials where those convicted were allowed to leave the country and never face justice, simply because they were Bosniaks who committed crimes against Serbs. That is entirely acceptable for the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH. As things stand, the only problem for them is the Serbian people. We are their only problem," Vulić said on the SRNA podcast. Commenting on the opinion of medical expert Haris Vranić, appointed by the Court of BiH, who said that the President of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is fit to stand trial, Vulić asked who would be held responsible if his condition worsens on the way to Sarajevo for the next hearing. "Who will be held responsible? Ask any doctor, they have a code of ethics they follow, and with that comes responsibility. Who will be held accountable? Will it be Sena Uzunović?" Vulić asked. She said that had the court expert known his job, he certainly would not have given such an opinion. "This expert hasn't worked in the field for years. He is an expert in nothing. He is part of the criminal network created by /the U.S. Ambassador to BiH/ Michael Murphy which includes Nedim Ćosić, Sena Uzunović, and some other individuals. Sena is the one who had to create a circle of collaborators who would fit in with what Murphy ordered," Vulić said. She believes that the verdict has already been written for the President of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and points out the absurdity occurring in BiH, referring to the Constitution and the article that speaks about a democratic and free country. "If we are a free country and have the right to democratic elections, and we had them, we elected our president, then who has the right to say they will remove him? This is about taking out their frustrations on the institution of the President of the Republic and an attempt to discipline all Serbs and their elected representatives," Vulić emphasized. She said that the clear reason for the foreigners’ attitude towards Republika Srpska and its elected officials is that the political representatives of the Serbs became a problem for foreigners when they opposed the idea of transferring property to the ownership of BiH. "We said that this is out of the question. The Dayton Agreement clearly states that property belongs to the entities. We adhere to what is clearly written, not to the imaginary. That’s when the chaos started, and that’s when Ambassador Murphy and tourist Christian Schmidt aimed to profit personally from the property. The best example is when they forced the Prime Minister of the Federation to grant them a 99-year concession in Vareš," Vulić concluded.
