CRIME IS PERMANENT TESTIMONY OF IZETBEGOVIĆ'S INTENT TO EXTERMINATE AND EXPILE SERBS
BANJA LUKA, MAY 3 /SRNA/ - Head of the Association of Republika Srpska Prison Camp Detainees Anđelko Nosović believes the war crime in Sarajevo's Dobrovoljačka Street is a lasting testimony to Alija Izetbegović and the Muslim people’s intent to exterminate and expel the Serb people from these areas.
"The murder of young JNA soldiers in Dobrovoljačka Street, who were peacefully withdrawing from the barracks in Sarajevo, unarmed and escorted by UNPROFOR as agreed, was a premeditated war crime under the command of Alija Izetbegović, Ejup Ganić and others, because they were mistreated and killed in the most monstrous way," Nosović told SRNA. He has stated that the greatest shame is that even after 33 years after this terrible crime, no one has been held accountable, nor has anyone been convicted. Nosović reminded that the Serb people has suffered the most throughout history, from the same hand, the same executioner, the same ordering party and perpetrator of the crime. "If we just look at how many Serbs were killed and expelled in the Defensive-Patriotic War in BiH, how many were killed at home, then it is clear what the international community and our local enemies are doing," Nosović said. Nosović concluded that an attempt from the Federation of BiH to try the leadership of Republika Srpska in the unconstitutional Court of BiH should not be allowed, because this would essentially mean a judgment against the entire Serb people and an attempt to annul Republika Srpska. East Sarajevo and Sarajevo is marking today 33 years since the crime against JNA soldiers in Dobrovoljačka Street. According to the data of the Republic Research Centrev on War, War Crimes and Tracing Missing Persons, at least 28 JNA members were killed in Sarajevo on May 2 and 3.
